Manuscript Preparation
This journal accepts articles in Original Research Article in Persian languages. Manuscripts must be submitted as a Word document (*.doc or *.docx) for the refereeing process and should be formatted in a Two columns. All figures, tables, and supplementary data should be embedded and included in the main manuscript file. Moreover, all manuscripts must contain essential elements such as
1-Title,
2-Abstract,
3-Keywords,
4-Introduction,
5- Materials and Methods,
6- Results and Discussion,
7- Acknowledgement,
8- References.
References
There are several ways to cite and reference other research works. One of these is the IEEE style, which is mainly used in electrical, electronic, and computer engineering. In this method, in-text citations are numbered in square brackets, leading the reader to the full reference in the reference list.
It is necessary that, when listing Persian sources translated into English, the phrase [In Persian] be used at the end of the reference to an article originally written in Persian, in a standard form (that is, complete, consistent, and enclosed in brackets).
The DoI or DOR identifier, or both, is required at the end of each article's reference.
In-text Referencing (IEEE Style)For IEEE-style referencing, in-text citations should be used as follows:
As shown by Hamidi et al. [1], and as discussed previously, ….
This theory was first proposed in 1999 [1].
For more details, see [1].
Several recent studies [1], [4], [10], [13] have suggested that ...
Several studies [1]–[7] have argued that ...
In citations that refer to a specific part of a source—such as details that may be difficult to locate—the page number is required. This page number should be included within th square brackets, for example [1, p. 3]
The author(s) need to be mentioned and the number of authors is two or fewer, their names may be included in the text. However, if there are more than two authors, it is recommended to mention only the first author, followed by “et al.”. Examples are provided below:
Reference List (IEEE Style)
In IEEE style referencing, all sources cited in the text should be fully listed at the end of the paper or thesis. This list includes all sources with their assigned numbers, starting from [1] and arranged in the order in which they appear in the text. The list is not sorted alphabetically.
The IEEE referencing format differs depending on the type of source. Below are the most common types of sources along with examples:

Note: For Persian studies, if the English translation is used in the references section, the word "[In Persian]" must be mentioned at the end of it. For example

Tables
Tables and graphs should not be submitted as photographs or images. Tables should be embedded within the text. Each table should have a clear and logical structure with consecutive numerical order (i.e., 1, 2, 3, etc.). For each table, include a caption that explains its components. The number of tables used in the article should not exceed 6 tables. If necessary, it is recommended that the tables of the article be combined with each other as much as possible and summarized in a smaller number of tables. The information presented in the tables should not be repeated in the form of diagrams in the article.
Figures
Figures and illustrations should be of high quality and embedded within the text. The following guidelines should be applied to figures:
Each figure should have a concise caption that accurately describes what the figure depicts. Include the captions as text of the manuscript and do not embed them in the figure.
In the case of graphs, it is necessary to specify the titles of horizontal and vertical axes for all graphs.
Math formulae
To write mathematical relations and expressions, the Microsoft Equation tool should be used. Each equation must be assigned a number. This number should be placed inside parentheses and aligned to the right. All variables, parameters, and symbols appearing in a mathematical expression must be defined. If these definitions have not been provided prior to presenting the equation, they should be stated immediately after the equation.
If the number of variables to be defined later in the text is large, a list of symbols may be provided in the appendices or presented as an itemized list directly below the equation.
If a mathematical relation is lengthy and does not fit on a single line, it may be written across two or more lines. In such cases, the second and subsequent lines should begin with an indentation.
Each mathematical relation or expression must appear after it has been referenced in the text. The algorithms presented in the paper should also be numbered in the same manner as mathematical expressions and cited accordingly in the text.
Others tips
Use half-spaces throughout the text (Ctrl+Shift+2).
All Latin words mentioned in the text for the first time must have an equivalent in the footnote. Footnote numbers should not be typed manually and the footnote numbering should not be continuous. Footnotes must restart numbering on each page.
